GENERAL VILLA INFORMATION

Welcome to your home on the island. Everything you need to know about your Kuno villa — curated with care, so your stay flows as effortlessly as the tide.

Electricity

Gili Trawangan is a small remote island and power cuts can happen. We suggest enjoying the pool or hitting the beach. It usually does not take long before it turns back on.

Insects

Please do not forget that you are on a tropical island. Mosquitos can not be avoided, do not forget to use bug spray. There are some mosquito coils under the sink you can use on the terrace.

Mini Bar

We have filled the fridge with some beverages, the pricelist is on top. If you have any special requirements feel free to ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Air Conditioner

The room is air-conditioned, however, we would be grateful if you turn it off when you leave the room. Please use the livingroom AC only when doors to the outside are closed.

Tea & Coffee

There are complimentary tea and coffee facilities at your disposal. Please feel free to ask for more if you need it. We also have the possibility to deliver other grocery items to your villa, pelase ask for the options.

Drinking Water

You will find a water dispenser in the kitchen. There is a spare one located next to it.
Please let us know when it’s empty so we can refill it.

Pool

We will have the pool cleaned before your arrival. If you are staying more than 3 days we will have to come in to clean the pool but this will be communicated on time. The pool pump is regulated by a timer and will automatically turn off in the evening and for a couple of hours during the day. Please do not use glasses while at the pool, use the acrylic glasses provided.

Garden Lights

Garden and pool lights will jump on automatically in the evening. No need to turn this on manually.

Bikes

The best way to get around on the island is by bike.
We can help you rent some bikes from a place closeby. Please let us know if you need them during your stay.

Villa Cleaning

As a rule, we clean the villa and change towels every 2 days. If you stay for a longer period, we change sheets after 4 days. It is possible to request extra cleaning. We can discuss a time when it is convenient for both parties to enter the villa.

Laundry Service

Laundry service is available upon request.
Please note that we use a highly trusted laundry service, but it is still outsourced. We also need 24H to deliver the laundry back to your villa.

Internet

We have installed a Starlink set- up in the villa. The password will be given in the welcome message.
